I was rushing home from errands the other day and I was running late. It happens all too often these days. And I only had 30 minutes to fix and serve dinner before we had to run off to practice. What to do? Then it hit me, I had a jar of Strong Sauce in the pantry. A quick run into a market yielded some flat breads, fresh mozzarella and a nice heirloom tomato. Basil was already on the window sill. In less time than it took the oven to heat to 425 degrees, I had the breads ready to go. Eight minutes in the oven, and we had a delicious, quick and healthy meal with time to spare.
